ERC Benefits, LLC (“ERC Benefits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ERCBenefits.com (the “Site”), how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site, by email, by telephone, by text message, and through forms you complete in connection with our services. It does not apply to the privacy practices of insurance carriers, third-party administrators, payroll providers, or other third parties with whom you may separately do business, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

By submitting your telephone number through the Site or otherwise providing it to us, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, autodialed calls, and text messages from ERC Benefits, LLC and its authorized agents and service providers at that number, including for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the information below. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or servicing messages relating to a request, application, or policy you have with us.

5. How We Share Information
